Hello and Welcome to my blog.
I'm a self confessed runaholic. I'm just your average working mom who loves to get outside and run, even in the Canadian winters. I love to travel and my job as a flight attendant has given me the opportunity to see the world.
I started running in the fall of 2009 with my childhood friend (we've known each other since we were 4) to lose the remaining baby weight. I convinced her to join a 10K running clinic with me and since then we have not stopped running. We have gone onto run a number of other distances. My favourite distance is the half marathon.
I had our second child September 2012 and with the support of a running hubby and friends I was able to train during my maternity leave and complete my first marathon in 2013.

I hope to inspire other people out there to lace up and get outside.
